Excavation & base prep

Old concrete out, proper depth dug, base graded and compacted. This is the step other bids skip and the reason ours last.

Pour & finish

Forms set, reinforcement and control joints placed, then poured and finished in the texture you picked - broom, hand trowel or stamped.

Clean up & walkthrough

The site gets cleaned up properly, and we walk it with you so you know how to care for new concrete through its first winter.

Yes. Deerbrook Construction is licensed and insured, and proof of insurance is available whenever you ask for it.
Why do concrete driveways crack and fail early?
Almost always because of what is underneath, not the concrete itself - skipped excavation, an uncompacted base, concrete poured too thin, poor drainage, or missing control joints. We wrote up all five on our Why Driveways Fail page so you know what to ask any contractor you get a quote from.
How long will my driveway replacement take?
It depends on the size of the driveway, site access and the weather. You get an honest schedule with your estimate, and the crew shows up when we say we will - our customers mention that more than anything else.
What finish options do I have for a patio or driveway?
Broom finish, hand trowel and stamped or decorative concrete are all available. Tom will walk you through how each one looks, holds up and feels underfoot before you decide.
Do you do more than concrete?
Yes. Alongside concrete we handle masonry and chimney repair, foundation repairs, basement waterproofing, and basement, bathroom and kitchen remodeling.
Do you offer financing?
